Troop 376 Photo & Internet Release Form

Troop 376 is seeking approval to have photos of scouting activities included on web site www.troop376nyc.org.  All photos used will be reviewed by the troop committee, and will follow Boy Scout of America rules and guidelines for internet publishing.

• Scout’s names will not be used on the web site
• No scout name will be on or published with photos
• No personal identifying information about the scout  

will be allowed on the web site.

• If you ever have an objection to a photo of yourself or your

family, please contact the scout master and it will be removed ASAP

Please fill out the form below and return it to the troop AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Photo Release & Permission

_________________________________, hereby consent, without further consideration or compensation, to the use (full or in part) of all photographs made of me and or members of my family during scouting events and or activities of troop 376, and the Breukelen district of the Greater New York Council of the Boy Scouts of America, for the purpose of internet web production of the web site www.troop376nyc.org .

Further I release troop 376, its registered volunteers, and the Breukelen district, Greater New York Council, and the Boy Scouts of America and their members from any liability which may arise from the use of those materials.

This release form will remain in full force and effect until withdrawn in writing.

I understand the above stated guidelines and I request no photo representations of my

son on Troop 376 web site. I understand that this will limit the ability of Troop 376 to post group photos taken at scouting events. If my child is part of a group photo, I understand that in order to fulfill this request, any identifying parts of the photo will be blurred out.
